Human Rights Management Charter

We contribute to the leap toward becoming one of the world's top four venture powerhouses and the balanced development of the national economy through the cultivation of emerging technologies. Through proactive implementation of human rights management that values human dignity and worth in all business activities, we fulfill our social responsibilities and pursue sustainable development together with our stakeholders.

To this end, we hereby establish this Human Rights Management Charter as the standard for behavior and value judgment that all executives and employees must adhere to, and we pledge to put it into practice.

We shall respect and support international standards and norms on human rights, including the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the UN Global Compact’s Ten Principles.

We shall prevent human rights violations in advance and take prompt and effective remedial measures in the event of any violation.

We shall not discriminate in employment or work on the basis of race, religion, disability, gender, place of birth, political opinion, age, or sexual orientation, and we shall foster a work environment that respects diversity and inclusion.

We shall guarantee the freedom of association and collective bargaining, and we shall pursue shared prosperity based on mutual trust between labor and management.

We shall prohibit all forms of forced labor and child labor, and we shall respect the rights of workers.

We shall create a safe and hygienic working environment to promote occupational safety and health.

We shall treat our business partners fairly, and we shall support and cooperate with them in practicing human rights management.

We shall respect the human rights of local residents in the communities where our organization operates, and we shall pursue mutual growth with the community.

We shall comply with domestic and international environmental laws and regulations, and we shall strive to protect the environment, respond to climate change, and prevent pollution.

We shall provide services to customers with a commitment to convenience and honesty, protect personal information collected during business operations, respect digital rights, and place great value on customer satisfaction.

We shall maintain transparency and accountability in all areas of management and reject all forms of corruption, bribery, and other unethical conduct.
