Certification of Venture Businesses
- It refers to a company that meets the requirements for each type of venture confirmation among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with excellent technological and management innovation capabilities according to the "Act on Special Measures for the Promotion of Venture Businesses, Article 2".

- Companies that have been evaluated as excellent in technological innovation and business growth by the Venture Business Confirmation Agency

- A person who is preparing to establish a corporation or register as a business
- Companies that have been evaluated as excellent in technological innovation and business growth by the Venture Business Confirmation Agency

| R&D company |
- Must be a small business under Article 2 of the Framework Act on Small and Medium Enterprises
- A company-affiliated research institute or R&D department accredited pursuant to Article 14-2 (1) of the 「Basic Research Promotion and Technology Development Support Act」 and a research institute accredited under Article 17-2 (1) of the 「Framework Act for the Promotion of Culture Industry」 Owns at least one of an affiliated creative research institute or a department dedicated to corporate creation

| Venture Investment Type |
- Must be a small business under Article 2 of the Framework Act on Small and Medium Enterprises
- The total amount of investment must be 50 million won or more; The ratio of the total investment amount out of the capital of the three companies shall be at least 10%;
